There is inner sidewall damage on the front right tyre. It is not safe to drive in this condition.

 The tyres installed are of a non-recommended brand.

There is incorrect installation of tyres. The inside sidewall, is facing outside.

Tyres - Puncture, repair

There is a puncture on the front right tyre.

There are multiple punctures on the front right tyre.

There is puncture repair on the front right tyre.

It is not safe to drive in this condition.

Tyres - Humming Noise

Mention which all tyres, like front both, front left, all 4 etc....

During road test, we found humming noise from the tyres.

RIMS

Don't use the Spare Tyre line for rims. Use Additional section at bottom.

 All wheel rims are scratched.

 Both the front wheel rims are scratched.

 Both the rear wheel rims are scratched.

 The front right and rear right wheel rims are scratched.

 The front right wheel rim is scratched.

Wheel alignment - eVHC line

Don't use the Spare Tyre e-VHC section. Use Wheels/Additional section at bottom.

Wheel alignment required (along with replacement of tyres).

Use this - if estimate is related to customer concern (for eg: vibration or noise from tyres).

Re: C || Wheel alignment required (along with replacement of tyres).

Battery - eVHC line

Main battery is weak.

Main battery is non-OEM.

Main battery is faulty.

Non-genuine, Non-OEM parts

 The tyres installed are of a non-recommended brand.

 The tyres installed are of non-recommended specifications.

 The brake pads installed are of a non-recommended brand.

Control Arms

 Both the control arm bushes, are cracked.

 The left  control arm bush, is cracked.

  The right control arm bush is cracked.

Lower Wishbones

 Both the lower Wishbone bushes are cracked.

 The left  lower Wishbone bush is cracked.

  The right lower Wishbone bush is cracked.

Stabilizer link rod boot

 Both the Stabilizer link rod boot, are cracked.

 The left Stabilizer link rod boot, is cracked.

  The right Stabilizer link rod boot, is cracked.

Engine mounts

 Both the engine mounts are weak.

 Both the engine mount bushes are leaking.

  The left engine mount bush is leaking.

  The right engine mount bush is leaking.

  The left engine mount bush is cracked.

  The right engine mount bush is cracked.

Oil / Coolant leaks

specify general area. Like engine compartment || underneath || rear differential etc...

There is oil leak, from the engine compartment.

Washer fluid Leak / Wiper Blades

 The washer fluid is leaking.

Inner door handles

 The front inner door handles, are melted.

Parking Brake retainer clip

 The parking brake retainer clip, is damaged.

Unauthorized repairs

mention which area also. for eg: suspension components.

There are unauthorized repairs on the vehicle.

Wiring harness

mention which area also. for eg: in engine compartment area, fuse box area etc...

There is damage to the wiring harness.

Impact marks

mention which area also. for eg: on front bumper area.

There is impact mark on the front bumper.

Door soft-close and door lock

mention the correct door.

 The door soft close mechanism, at the front left door, is faulty.

for multiple doors.

 The door soft close mechanisms, at the front left door and rear left door, are faulty.

if door lock is also faulty.

 The door soft close and door lock mechanisms, at the front left door, are faulty.

Propeller Shaft

 The propeller shaft has excessive play.

 The propeller shaft joints are rusted.

Suspension leaks

Change to front or rear, as required.

 The rear left suspension is leaking.

Change to front or rear, as required.

 The rear right suspension is leaking.

Change to front or rear, as required.

 Both the rear suspensions are leaking.
